Happy Saturday! We are having a lovely sunny morning with a wonderful sound of melting snow dripping off the roof. There is hope! There will be spring and eventually summer!
Prickley Pear has a sketch challenge up and running – open for all, no prickley products needed. So if you have a spare minute to craft this weekend – come play with us! Here is all the info! And here is the sketch:
I felt more like squares and straight lines than circles today so I went with a rectangle panel for my card:
The panel is made out of cardstock colored with gesso, distress ink and some mist. I tied twine around it and some silver thread and then covered it all in Utee in layers. It was fun!
The stamps used are Coffee Stain and a sentiment from Clearly Beautiful Butterflies Set.
I was inspired by the paper brooches on this page for my card – I did this for the Inspiration Challenge over at SCS.
Thanks for stopping by!
