Fall Fenzy Frolic Crop

A Page in Time is hosting a Fall Frenzy Crop this weekend. It starts at noon PST (which is like 9 pm CET) and there are loads of different fun challenges and games and really, really NEAT prizes from some of our favorite manufacturers. You are invited!!! We would love to see some new fresh faces on the board!!! The crop will take place HERE!

Here is a little sneak peak from my first challenge:

Kasper och Jonathan Detalj In waiting for the fun this weekend, I made a card in twoof my favorite colors - pink and brow. This meets up with the challenge of day 251 of 365 cards. Fairy I’ve used the lovely sketch from Friday sketchers, and the papers are Basic Grey Wisteria. The stamps are from Prickley Pear Rubber Stamps, Felicity and Border Flourish. Used some cotton candy and cinnamon stickles on this one, but it doesn’t photograph well.

Hope to see you over at A Page in Time Fall Crop!

A FCD card

Hi! I’m popping in to share a card I did this weekend. I have had serious issues photographing it. I started to think it was an evil spirit involved. But hubby stated that conspiracy theories seldom leads to real problem solving. He might have a point.  LOL! Well here she is, my FCD lady. Finally.Tesa Oct 06 I’ve used a beautiful Graphic 45 patterned paper and the lovely Woman in Character stamp is from Firecracker Design.

I’ll continue my reading about constitutional change and the issue of Swedish Monarchy vs repblic in the early 1970’s. Hot stuff! Sometimes when I try to explain for my dear son what I do at work all day, it’s really hard to make him understand I have the most interesting work ever… LOL.

November

That means we are way too soon celebrating Christmas. Feels strange, this year only just began. The weather is still really good, and we took another long walk today, son and I. I love the walks with him. We talk about silly stuff and we talk about serious things about life, we laugh and have fun. And we have this time together that is only for us. He has one rule though. No camera. : (

Two cards today. The first one is using the new sketch over at Sketch Saturday. It’s a GREAT sketch!!! I’ll be using it again for sure!Tack 9 Stamps are from Artistic OutpostBlueBird Collection. The papers are Kraft from Bazzill and Basic Grey Wisteria.

Second one (also a Thank you card…) is for 365 cards Super Sketchy Sunday. Tack 10 Stamp from Prickley Pear Rubber Stamps and papers from Dream Street Papers.

Time to make some dinner, have a lovely Sunday all!

I woke up this morning to THIS in my Google reader. I won the Trykkpressa challenge hosted by Ett Trykk this month and I’m so incredible happy. I’ll get a 1 year subscription of my all time favorite magazine which is not that easy to get hold of around here. Wohoo!

Here is 6x6 page I did with a small photo I found hidden and forgotten when I reorganized part of my scrap room. It’s such a nice light in the photo, and I wanted to use it. Christmas 2Papers are Basic Grey, Eskimo Kisses, and the stamps are Prickley Pear.

Happy Friday!

We took an early day from work today to celebrate the last remnants of a beautiful autumn. November is soon here and that usually means all darkness, rain and dirt… Well, not today. We (son and me) are off for a walk in the sun, but I thought I’d blog a couple of cards first.Missing you The first one is for an old friend who I haven’t seen or heard from in ages. I thought a card might help me change that in a near future. The lady’s got style, so an elegant Chandelier might cheer her up, right!  Chandelier stamp is from Prima and sentiment from PTI.

Second card is another try with the Halloween theme, using some Prickley Pear Rubber Stamps transparency and stamps.Halloween 1I did this one for 365 cards Day 244 – transparency challenge. I’ve used an ATC transparency, a clear button and some dew drops.

I wish you a beautiful weekend!
