Wohoo, hubby and I are going out for dinner and theater tonight. It’s something we do like once in a decade… Well, if not once in a decade, for sure way to seldom. It will be soooo much fun. We’re having meze. Love, love, love meze! J is sleeping over at a friend’s house and he is happy too.
We’ve had a fun but hectic day so far. We baked some ginger bread this morning, and cleaned the house and did some advent decoration.
I love the smell of a clean house and newly baked ginger bread. Yummy. And the candles. All I want now is for that awful rain to stop. NOW!
I made a card this afternoon too. There are a couple of birthday parties coming up. I’ve used the sketch at Basic Grey Challenges and the patterned papers are all from the Nook & Pantry line.
I also made this card for the day 273 at 365 cards – pretty patterns. The pretty pattern in question is the damask. And it sure is pretty. I’ve had this damask clear stamp set for a year or so. I saw Ulrika use it in AMAZING ways, so I had to get it. Check THIS out. But… well, lets say it’s been tucked away ever since… And now I’m happy it’s out in the open, I’ll use it again soon.
I’m off for our night out! Have a great weekend all!
