Today we are displaying the beautiful Flowers Clear Stamp Set and Matching Die in the Blog Hop!!!

Here are two projects I did with these fab stamps!!! 

I really love my first card with the bold pink and touches of black. I used the die to cut out black flowers in different sizes and then I stamped and fuzzy cut the flowers on patterned paper and then stacked them. And do you see the green background piece? It’s stamped with the notes stamp included in the same set.

Some masking on this CAS card. With a hint of pink. Lot’s of pink nowadays…. must be the Valentines day around the corner…

Super Sketchy Sunday!!!

Happy Sunday!!! And a beautiful Sunday it is, I’m on my way to Branäs for some well needed vacation – I’ll spend the week on my skis!!! YIHAAAA!!!  I’ll be back with photos!!!

Today’s sketch is a new favorite. LOOOVE this one!!! AND I love this week’s generous sponsor SRM Stickers! They have the best stickers around! Promise!

Dear son had a happy mail day yesterday. He got a birthday present from my dear friend, the oh so talented Li-bee ti!!! Check him out (trying to be cool….) :):):)He was super happy with this über cool sign with Super man and the text Jonathan’s room. He will hang it on his door, once his dad has fixed a hook.  He also got a card (“Wow!!! She knoooows what boys like, mom”  he told me). But I forgot to take a photo while it was still bright outside. It’s gorgeous with 8 layers (he counted and was mighty impressed).

Whoooo Hooo! Day 1 is here. We are so excited to be releasing these new clear sets of stamps with matching dies and of course, our beautiful release of vintage valentine red rubber images! We have some real treasures in store for you. Super Sketchy Sunday!

Pam has a super duper fun sketch for us this week over at 365 cards! Check it OUT!!!

And there is a fun new sponsor too – Digis With Attitude! YAY!!! The DT was given super fun sentiments and images to play with, but I’ve been disconnected from the Web most of the week, so I was never able to use them. So you’ll have to go to the SHOP and check ’em out instead!

Here is my take. I used some clear embossing resist and lots of distress ink.

Birthday Card

A friend at work asked me to make a card for her daughter who is turning 40. What an honor! I got free hands and I’ve been stressed out about it ever since (like a month now… she is one of those very well organized ladies).  Tomorrow is delivery date, so I simply had to sit down and DO it.

I think it turned out rather cute. Hope she’ll like it. Anyway, this is what she’ll have. :):):) LOVED this week’s sketch from Card Patterns!!!

My Boy!

Hi folks! Hope your weekend was a good one!!! I had a busy but also fun day yesterday. It was perfect snow for building snowmen and stuff so we spent the afternoon out and ended it with wet socks and hot chocolate. Life is good. Check theese two guys out!!!

I have another photo - a photo of me and my boy. My blogging buddy Julie is a smiling and wise woman and she wrote an amazing blog post about the importance of getting IN the photos with our children. Life is short, sometimes too short and we should be part of the story we scrapbook no matter what - if we have a bad hair day or not... I can't express the meaning of this half as good as Julie can so check out her post HERE!!!  

Inspired by amazing Julie I decided to try take a photo a month this year with me and my boy and this is for January.

I chickened out a little, I phtoshoped away my allergy.... and turned it into black&white. God, I'm vain... Hopefully I'll grow in this! :):):)

I used the photo for this year's first layout! I really LOVE how it came out!!! I got the fabbie BoBunny papers in my DT kit from Scrap-Perra, and all product info can be found HERE (in Swedish).

I based the design on Sketchy Thursday's GDT sketch. It's a great sketch, so many possibilities!!!

The challenge was also to incorporate red and/or pink (check), journaling (check) and hearts. I have hearts on two of the papers and there are also two heart shaped stick pins (check).

Super Sketchy Sunday ~ inspiration week ~

Happy Sunday!!! Time for a new sketch from 365 Cards!!!

Check out this fabbie sketch!!! Sooo many possibilities!!!

We are celebrating words that bring us inspiration this week and we’ve all been asked to choose a word that is important to us. I choose FRIENDSHIP. I cherish my friends and I’m happy that this hobby has not only meant a creative outlet but also opened up a new world of wonderful people. So Friendship it is, and I’m dedicating this card for a special friend, Li-bee ti who is always there for me with a laugh, an ear, loads of mojo and challenges and pure kindness. Love you sister!

The stamps are from the same set as yesterday, The Greeting Farm’s Forest Friends. Super CUTE!!!

I’ve colored the deer with Copics. I’m slowly learning… Soooo, I take the plunge and enter the card in this week’s Copic Creation’s Challenge #42 – What’s New? New on this is the papers from the OH so FAB Curio paper pad. Loooooove this stuff!!!!

A card and a WoHooo!!!

Hi! I’m still around, just busy! :):):)

Here is this week’s Christmas card. And this time I’m blogging it in time to enter it in the Jingle Belles’ challenge! Yay!

A small one but with lot’s of layers and rich colors. The stamp is from Prickley Pear and I stamped it with my Tombows. Sentiment from SRM Stickers.  I used this week’s sketch from Card Patterns.

And now over to the Wohooo!!!! I made it to the top three voting in the Scrap your Home/Town over at GCD Studios!!!! I’m so excited about this cause the layout is one of my absolute favorite pages from last year! I really like the topic, and I’d never come to think about it was it not for this competition.

A few cards

Hi all! Hope you are having a lovely weekend! I sure have. I’ve spent most of this day in my scrap room while my boys have been out skiing. I’ve been playing around with some new Prickley Pear rubber, they will be released at CHA, and let me just say – they are mighty FAB!!!

I’ve decided to play along Svensk Scrapbooking and make a Christmas card every week. Here is my first, using some new wonderful Webster’s I picked up at a 50% sale. Yay for me! :):):)

I used the recycled sketch from Card Patterns over at Sketches in Thyme. I loooove the idea of reusing great sketches!!! I also did this for Jingle Belles’ first challenge (something new and something old), but I wasn’t home in daylight until today, so It’s too late to enter. This week though…

And here is a card I made for my blog post over at Scrap-Perra this week. Some lovely Echo Park. Yummy!!!

Super Sketchy Sunday

Happy New Year!!!

Pam over at 365 Cards starts this new year off with a great new sketch and a fun sponsor – Robin’s Fetish Digital Stamps and More!!!

And here is the sketch – so much fun, so many possibilities!!!

I got a cute little penguin to play with (again… LOL!) and I used a SRM stickers sentiment and some bling. Such a simple card, but I really like how it came out.

I’ve started my Valentine’s cards and here is the first one I did – with some new gorgeous Prickley Pear Rubber Stamps!!!

  I based the design on the Crafter´s Companion’s beautiful  sketch.
